Download the following documents: Candidate Questionnaire and Consent for Processing Personal Data of the Parent and Selection Contest Participant.
Print and fill them out by hand, then scan and save the completed documents.
Fill out the online registration form. Upload all required documents. Within 3 business days after completing the form, you must visit the school at Makhtumkuli 2/3, Invento the Uzbek International School (see the address on the map below) to receive your exam pass. If the form is completed correctly, you do not need to bring anything with you.
Having trouble filling out the form?If you have difficulty completing the form, parents or legal guardians may visit the school with a parent/guardian ID document (passport or ID card), the participant's birth certificate, and a 3×4 photo of the child (if no photo is available, you may bring the participant — we will take the photo on site) to complete the Consent and Questionnaire at the school.
Student passes are issued only to those who complete the online registration. Late submissions will not be accepted. Without a pass, students cannot participate in the contest.
