IB (International Baccalaureate) is a globally recognized educational program aimed at developing critical thinking, research skills, and a global mindset in students. IB programs help students become independent, goal-oriented, and ready for a successful life in a rapidly changing world.
The selection will be conducted to identify talented students who will be awarded grants for free education. The grant will fully cover expenses for tuition, meals, and study materials.
The competition is open to all students in grades 5, 7, and 8 of public and private schools in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The exam will take place on March 2, 2025, at the Ashkhabad Campus of Invento the Uzbek International School, located at the intersection of Makhtumkuli-2 and Kichik Khalk Yuli streets, near the Ashkhabad amusement park. The exam will start at 9:00 AM, with student registration beginning at 8:00 AM. We strongly recommend arriving early and lining up for registration. Since we must adhere to the exam schedule, latecomers will not be allowed to participate.

To participate, you need to submit an application by filling out a short form on our official website: https://olymp.invento.uz Once your application is received, a confirmation will be sent to your specified email. After that, you will need to visit the Ashkhabad Campus to submit a full set of documents to complete the registration process and receive an individual ID pass. Document submission will begin on February 3 and continue until February 21, 2025.
The selection will consist of two stages conducted on the same day, March 2, 2025, and will include the following exams: A written language proficiency test. The first stage includes tasks to assess knowledge of English, Russian, and Uzbek languages. Participants will complete tasks on grammar, vocabulary, reading, and comprehension. The duration is 90 minutes. A written math test. The second stage will include tasks on logic, algebra, and geometry. This will also take 90 minutes.
The test results will be available on the school’s official website on March 13, 2025.
Participants will need to bring their ID pass (issued during registration) and the original passport or birth certificate. All necessary materials, including water, pens, and paper, will be provided by the organizers.
As we strive for a fair and honest exam process, we ask all participants to adhere to our rules: Device usage. Electronic devices and reference materials are strictly prohibited as they violate the testing rules and undermine objectivity. Photography. Photo and video recording during testing are not allowed to ensure the confidentiality of the tasks. Tardiness. Participants who arrive late will not be admitted to maintain equal conditions for all.
The winners will be the three participants with the highest scores based on the test results, provided they achieve the passing score in all subjects.
If several participants achieve the same score, priority will be determined as follows: Mathematics results. Preference will be given to participants with higher scores in mathematics. Language results. If mathematics scores are equal, language test results will be considered. Final decision. In case of a complete tie in mathematics and all three languages, the organizers reserve the right to decide the winners.
Appeals are accepted within two days after the results are published. The appeal process takes three working days, and the commission’s decision will be final.
After admission to the school, grant recipients are required to maintain grades of at least 4 on the national scale or 5 on the IB system. They must also regularly attend classes, follow the curriculum, and avoid absences or tardiness without valid reasons.
Failure to meet the established conditions may result in the grant being revoked.
After the completion of the selection process, the test tasks will be published on the official website: https://olymp.invento.uz where they will be available for review for 30 days.
Important information for parents
Unfortunately, parents accompanying children will not be allowed on the school premises during the selection process. Parents may wait outside the campus, or they can return by the time the second stage of the exam concludes. All participants, including those who finish testing earlier, will be released at the same time.
